Emergency Comms
I started my journey not with code, but with crisis.
As an EMT in NYC, then a 911 call taker in Houston, I learned how
to think fast, communicate clearly, and solve human problems in seconds — not sprints.
Every decision mattered. Every call was a system in motion.
UX Bootcamp at General Assembly
I pivoted into UX design to better shape the systems I once
supported.
Through wireframes, journey maps, and research sprints, I learned to frame problems and design
experiences that serve real people.
Collaboration, clarity,
and care became my toolkit.
CS Degree + AI Projects
I completed my CS degree while launching projects like Bayou Alert (flood safety
AI),
NeighborhoodPulse NYC (LLM-powered civic
tracker), and Project Volta (AI grid balancing).
These tools blended research, engineering, and AI to serve
real people with urgency.
NYU Health, Civic Projects
I build tools that bring urgency, clarity, and care to systems that
affect real lives.
At NYU Health and through civic platforms, I’m designing solutions where tech meets
public impact.
